Online application

I apply for a loan that was approved by them last Thursday,I also approved the debicheck for them.I must wait now until they open on the 8 of January which is unfair to me.I did phone them since Thursday and they told me I have to wait 24-to 48 hours for the pay out I'm really disappointed in their service
