Not paying funds you Debi check approve

I have taken out a loan with them and the first time they told me that I must approve the Debi check again because the ref is not correct money was only paid 4 days later after they said 24hours. This time I took out R2000 and approved the Debi check on Thursday already but still no funds, I whatsapp them with no response, I have lodge a complaint on the official website still nothing. They are online on WhatsApp but don't even bother to read your messages. You pay interest for each day so why am I charged if the money is not in my account. This is not professional at all.
