Not helpful at all
<p>After settling my debt with Makanda Finance 2 months ago they still haven't updated the relevant credit report providers. This is after numerous calls and them promising to do so within 7 workings days of settlement. Every time I call they just say that they are working through them and can't give me an ETA, </p> <p>Terrible service.</p>

We apologise for the experience you had .Another thing is please keep in mind that the removal of an account on ITC takes a few weeks after notification .
Please call our customer care line *** if the listing has not been removed yet .
I have alerted the collections department about this matter also .
