No Refund after 7 working days

Don't do bossiness with this company. I settled my account of R700.00 with them and then the next day they took R1975.99. I phoned them sending proof of my bank statement. they said 7 days for refund. 3 day later they said 7 working day for refund. Now 9 working days later still no refund. The finance department don't want to pay my money back. I have to keep asking them where are my money and the consultant keep saying she is waiting for the finance department.... BULLLLL SHHHIIIITTTT!!!!!!!!!! They don't pay your money back and they are ***** your money.......... I want my **** money........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company act a lot like the **** companies out there does. Don't trust them. If they want trust they with their clients they would have paid the money back when they saw that they made a mistake and not keep telling me bulllllssshhhit the whole time.
