My refund please!!!!

They double debited my account and I have sent my bank statements. It’s been two weeks no communication. When I ask they say they’re investigating. Then they waiting for management to decide about finances. I had debit orders which bounced. You just get this silent treatment. And why did they use this money since it was not theirs? This is an accounting principle
