Makhanda Finance are ****mer

I have a very bad experience with this company ( Makhanda Finance) I took a loan a while back with them, and I paid the half of what I owe them in November 2023, last week I made an arrangement with them to settle what has left and they told me that it's only R900 left, then we made 2 months payment plan and I approved only 1 debicheck of R460 because it will be 2 months plan, but on the 15th April 2024 they debited R460 + R1250 in my account, I made them aware of that they said they will refund it within 24hrs but till today I haven't received my refund and the guy behind this is called Nyakallo, when I call him he is now ignoring my calls, they are ****s be aware of them, just need to open a ***** case because I didn't approve that debicheck and they will have to explain to cops how did they manage to debit my account that way
