MAKANDA HORRIBLE SERVICE AND *****LENT WAYS

I would like to lodge an official complaint against Makanda finance. I had an incorrect debit order deducted from my account and now I am having issues having the refund done. I have contacted Makanda Finance no less then 100 times since the 24 March 2023 to resolve this. I have dealt with Zezam, that made promises of me receiving my refund no later then Tuesday, the 28/03/2023, which never happened, when querying this I was transferred to the head of collection, who has no business ethics, to be honest my 5-year-old nephew has more business ethics then her. I was then transferred to Thabang from accounts who assured me that my refund will be done today the 29/03/2023 and I should contact her at 10h00 to confirm. I ended up leaving 50 voice messages for her, when she finally contacted me, she promised to contact me before 13h00, it is now 13h48, no call from her. When I called, I was told she is on lunch, seems lunch is more important then honouring a commitment made to a client.

As stated to all these people I am being retrenched and therefore cannot take another loan out, hence I need my refund done since I have accounts to pay. My creditors are not going to wait 7 days because Makanda Finance messed up.

What is even more disappointing is that I planned to invest a sum of R250 000.00 with Makanda Finance as a venture on the 25 April 2023, however after dealing with the unprofessional and ill-mannered staff at Makanda, this will not happen.
