MAKANDA FINANCE- POOR SERVICE, RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst company ever!!!!!!!!! Rude and highly unprofessional, Lucy, the HOD in the refunds department, the rudest!!!!!!!!! Cannot help me, and never gets back to a person, the debited my account in November and again December, and i don't owe them anything, and now i'm foning since 21st December for my refunds. I have spoken to almost everyone, sending e-mails, no one gets back to you, eventually ends up with Lucy, she promised to send an e-mail on Friday, confirming that i will get my refund, today, the 15th January 2024, a whole month later after they debited me twice!!! Eventually, after calling literally every single day, and after Lucy started acting up and getting very rude and unprofessional, she fones me back to say the refunds will only happen on Tuesday, 16th January, really the worse company, worse service, very unfriendly and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( :( :(
