Makanda Finance making my life like hell

I have been getting calls for this company named Makanda Finance where all the ladies that worked are so rude. they call and just ask me to make payment arrangements - without even asking me to confirm if took the loan or not - I have been trying to tell then now for months that i did not take any online loan but they dont seem to care they just want payment from me - how do i pay for something i did not take - When i tell them this they still say they need the payment and cut the call - I DO NOT THINK THESE LADIES NOT HOW TO COLLECT DEBT OR HAVE ANY TRAINING WHAT SO EVER - THEY ARE RUDE AND JUST SPEAK NOT WORRIED IF ITS THE CORRECT PERSON OR NOT - THEY DO NOT EVEN ASK YOU IF YOU CAN SPEAK - Makanda Finance calls me every second day saying the same thing OVER AND OVER - ITS BECOMING LIKE A NIGHTMARE TO ANSWER MY PHONE .
