Makanda finance incompetence

Deducting money from people who dont owe them. I am so ****ed at them for not even replying on my emails and then I must call them to ask for my own money. Very unprofessional team who dont reply and when you call them they tell you they're in training!!!! *** ***, ***, what type of service do you give? No email or telephone etiquette, do you know it's rude to ignore people? What if you were in the same position, would you have let it slide? I dont think so.
