I have app**** for a loan from this company in February and their service were very quick and efficient. After the debit order went off, I aked them for another loan so that I can work on improving my credit score. The lady sent me a Debi Check mandate again and it has been accepted. They required 3 month's bank statements and I sent it to them. I followed up with the service provider to find out when the money will be in my account. They advised me that they will send me a proof of payment soon. I told them that I have a debit order that will go off today and I don't want it to bounce. The money is still not reflecting and I have been charged a 95.00 penalty fee. If this is the service they provide, I suggest that consumers must be careful. A new broom sweep clean...
