Makanda Double Debits Clients and Won't Refund them!!!

They double debit your account then let you wait for a refund claiming the company is over indebted. But you as a customer have to pay interest on their loans but they don't care how long they take to refund you. Your debit was ******* because I only accepted one. You owe me money. I want an immediate payment to my account. Where is my refund???
