Legal Action I NEED MY MONEY BACK

I have settled my amount in full and yet they are still debiting my money from my bank account when I ask for a refund they are telling me to wait for 7 days were, else I do not owe them anymore.

The person who says he is a manager NYAKALLO from the collection department hangs up the phone on me he failed as a leader I NEED MY MONEY TODAY .
