I had a loan with Makanda Finance and I was paying R500 but for the month of Feb they debited R2000 but R500 was for the debit and R1500 was supposed to be refunded back to me

I had a loan with Makanda Finance and I was paying R500 but for the month of Feb they debited R2000 but R500 was for the debit and R1500 was supposed to be refunded back to me. This happen on the 26 of February 2024 and I was told that this will take only 7 days but I'm still waiting till today
