Can I give 0 stars? I am former customer. Took out a loan of R500, became over indebted during the process. App**** for debt review in May 2022. Today, they have deducted R707 and R770. I find this so unfair. They are now saying they will only refund R529 which will reflect in 7 working days but my money was deducted instantly. Why? Why am I paying debt review for people to just take money from my account? This IS *********!!! I want my damn refund!
