Do not use these ****mers!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are absolute ****mers. They debited my account on 27 June incorrectly. I have requested a refund and advised it would be paid 16/07/2024 as this loan company has no money! I patiently waited. I queried the refund via Watsapp, email, on their online chat and tried calling. No feedback and still no refund. I have reported them to the Ombudsman and today I will be laying a charge of ***** at the Police station. Dont use these people they will debit your account incorrectly and make empty promises!
