Disrespectful

The employees there are very disrespectful and a whole lot of other things that are not acceptable and I did advise them that I'll lodge a complaint with Ombudsman and this is the response I got "You have every right to report this, Please do that, You wouldn't be the first client to actually help us serve them. So please, go to the ombudsman"

No apology or anything and this is not the only response I got there's alot.
