******** debit orders

I made an eft payment of R800 on the 26 July 2023 then on the 31 July 2023 Makanda debited R1472 from my capitec account, thereafter they debited my standard bank account on the 1 August. I was told I will recieve a refund up till now I am still waiting.

Very unprofessional and downright *****ulent!!!
