BAD SERVICE (USELESS MANAGER)

I paid this people in full they took my money 10 days ago they told me thy will refund me in 7 days its the 10th day today they giving me stories that i will get it on the 16 of march 2024.

The person who calls himself a manager (NYAKALLO - HOD) he is hanging up calls on his own collogues when they ask him about refunds, I WONDER HOW DID HE BEOME A MANAGER WITH HIS ATTITUDE.
