Bad service

I have been dealing with an urgent Reabetswe, not happy with her service. !st I asked him about the progress, and he just said I did not approve the Debi check which I was not informed about. Approved Debi check yesterday and till now no payment sent an email and it seems lie a graveside with no response. Can an effective urgent be allocated to assist me?
