Bad service

Makanda Finance Triple debited my account and all at once, now I asked for a refund and was asked to forward my confirmation of banking details which i did and now no one is coming back to me regards the status of my refunds and giving me the run around and i urgently need those funds for a family emergency. They reading my E-mails as per the read receipt but ignoring and not responding to my E-mails especially the HOD.. Still waiting......
