BAD HORRIFIC AND IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR BY STAFF

I app**** for a loan and as usual, have never skipped a payment every time I apply for one. however, on the month of may I app**** and the consultant who was processing this did not load a debit order and didn't advise and now I am being charged extra because this consultant made a mistake of not loading a debit order which I am now liable to pay on top of the amount I have already paid that I had taken from. Makanda finance does no treat clients right at all and doesn't respect them at all including the employees because they always threaten to list you on ITC.

I Myself work in a financial institute and believe that every consultant must do their job accordingly so that clients are not liable for the mistakes or miscommunication caused by the employees, however Makanda finance and their consultants DO NOT CARE and not even dealt with the consultant who created this whole mess. n this bad economic state, no one wants to be charged or be forced to take accountability of something that was not created by them.

I Will be pursuing the matter further because this is pure victimization and pure unfairness because it clearly shows that they are not willing to take responsibility of a mess created by them however want me to pay.

this is disappointing and very much stressful because I believe that for every wrong a consultant does, a disciplinary hearing must be conducted, however nothing was done in this case and I am being threatened as mentioned that I will be listed.

THIS IS INCONVENIENCING AND VERY MUCH FRUSTRATING
