Bad customer seevice

Their collection agents are very rude. I was requesting a POP for a refund payment that was due to me. They sent an incorrect POP when I told their agent they insisted it was the correct one. I sent screenshots to prove that it is not my account they then blamed it on intern.

I responded that I do not care who did what, and they must do their due diligence before proving customers with feedback and that they must sort out my refund immediately and ensure it is paid by C.O.B. The responded and I quote "If you continue with this attitude, i will not send your pop. Can we please respect each other. Please"
