Bad bad service

Good day I would to lay a complaint about Regomoditswe and Makanda finance the service is very poor and not professional.They have bridged the POPIAct policy by sending email of my daughter at work to the entire department not directly to HR so they were supposed to be professional and call Hr instead of using the general email now the whole department knows that she is owing Makanda I want to lay charges with the Ombudsman this is unacceptable and it's not a sin that my daughter is owing them.and she has not killed anyone she jus missed 2 payment only . Ok not happy with makanda and I will not recommended anyone to them as they will expose their secrets to the whole world Regomoditswe please go for training again an learn about POPIA act it is a law in South Africa
