Active Loan without my concern

I requested a loan last year, but it was never approved, the lady by the name of Nonsikelelo Ngwenya said it has been canceled, last year when i check my credit report, i have an active loan with Makanda Finance, which is now affecting my credit profile. I was told to send a mail to their legal team but however, i have been assisted to date.
