The worst service experienced by any service provider

I have received the worst service by this events management company, if I can even call it that. I trusted this company to make my wedding day the best day of my life but a disaster is just an understatement. The owner by the name of Makama didn't even pitch on the day, she avoided my calls including my family members attempts as well. When she finally answered and **** about being on the way to the event... after waiting for more than 5 hours she switched her phone off and she was no where to be found. I paid her all the funds to deliver the service yet nothing was done and she has not even refunded me till today. She never contacted me to explain herself until I initiated contacted countless times. She even blocked my number on WhatsApp too. She is a very *********** , immature and dishonest individual and I urge people not to put their event plans in her hands. After a very long and disappointing wedding day , she still wants to dispute her unavailability. I am currently in talks with lawyers to get my refund from her and that alone is a sign of no remorse for her actions. After writing all these sequences of events I still feel I have a lot more to say.
