Wrongfully Blacklisted

I in 2014/2015 used to deal with Makala finance and obtain a temporary loan from them. IN 2015, I app**** for a loan where they assisted. They then double debited me at the end of that month, and took about 2 months to get them to reimburse me the one amount as they incorrectly debited me and now I am receiving notifications that I have been handed over for 2 amounts to this company. I believe that only desperate people or people with struggling businesses would incorrectly hand someone over when no money is owed to them. These people are also rude and continuously feel the need to swear and referred to me as a previous client in 2014 as a b.....and this was done by one of the Directors of the business. This is not a company worth dealing with.
