Worst service ever!

Richard from Makala finance deducted the same debit order twice from my account. When I addressed him about it then he advised it was an " old loan" which was settled months ago. Which I then sent him my bank statements along with the agreement me and Makala finance came to in paying that old debt which was done months ago. Makala finance has till not rectified to debit order going off twice, they still haven't fixed that the loan doesn't reflect on my ITC and they still haven't sent me the letter of settlement for the old loan which is R1000 and they blacklisted me for R10 000 which I will be reporting with RCS. No one is answering their phones from the list of numbers on their website and when I reached Daniel he has the audacity to tell me that I have a bad attitude, so I told him that if this is how they treat their clients they wont have clients left. Then Daniel threatened my life and said that if that happens I better leave south africa (me being a white person).
