Lack of Feedback

I used to get reloans from Makala Finance. There was an error on my account and i was double debited and the matter was resolved. However I have now requested assistance with a reloan and received an email last week from Zinzi confirming that the funds will be transferred on Friday. This serves as written confirmation. I have since emailed and whatsapped Daniel Makala and emailed Richard Makala to no response received. If you feel that I am not worthy of a response then let Zinzi inform me of that instead of having her falsely make a confirmation over email, which is seen as valid. Your service delivery has really dropped. Perhaps you shouldnt offer a service to people you feel is not worthy of your assistance. This is bad professional etiquette.!! I will rather make an alternative plan than deal with unprofessional people!!
