Still waiting for you to sort out in-house problems

Roughly 2½ months ago I bought a Major Tech clamp meter and when I finally used it for the first time , it was out of calibration. I sent it in for calibration roughly 2 months ago and to this day I'm still waiting. I am in disbelief with the poor service from Major Tech Durban, being such a reputable brand giving excuses about in-house issues. I am a technician by trade and there have been so many tasks/projects that I could not complete in time due to not having my clamp meter. I am furious and disappointed
