Locator switches does not work with low watt LEDs

New house was wired for Veti (Major-Tech) locator switches and all light fittings were replaced with energy efficient LED lights. After installation it was discovered that LED's flicker when in off position as there is low level current flow back from locator lights . Either you have to rewire whole house to have special neutral wires pulled to all switches or buy other pieces of equipment from them. Veti took about 2 months to respond but all they did was to say all the electricians in South Africa must know the product need this modification before it will work. Nowhere in their marketing material do they state this. They only show the extra devise in the catalog as option to purchase. The quality of some of the wall plugs is also suspect as one cannot put plug in. They eventually send someone out who just blamed the builders' electrician for not knowing all this and then disappeared on 29 July.<br> So the essence of my complaint is that this company does not give a damn for the end customer. Apparently focusing only on contractors?, and that their catologue is not clear as to what is required to make locator switches work with low watt LED'S (which is clearly the way of the future
