Excellent service from Major Tech

I bought a timer switch unit in February 2020, from Builders inn Cape Town and it worked well until a few days ago. I emailed the company (head-office in Joburg) on the 21 October 2020 and the same afternoon I received a whatsapp message from their representative, in Cape Town Mr. Warren Barker who said he will come over the next day. As promised he came over with his colleague, Shawn (2 hours even before the appointed time) and after checking the unit he replaced it with the latest new model. That is excellent service. Thank you!
