Unprofessional Conduct, Harassment, and Dishonesty by Major Kim Properties

I am writing to express my grave concerns and disappointment with Major Kim Properties, stemming from their unprofessional conduct, harassment, and dishonesty, particularly in their dealings with the housing tribunal and regarding my mother's flat.

Major Kim and her team have shown a disturbing pattern of behaviour, beginning with unwarranted intrusions into the flat. They frequently entered the premises without any legitimate reason, as reported by a neighbour, and even rummaged through personal belongings in a spare room, a clear violation of privacy.

More alarmingly, Major Kim's conduct towards me was outright abusive and intimidating. During my packing process, she aggressively confronted me, stating that I was not welcome in my mother's own property. Her behaviour included making derogatory remarks about the premises' condition, despite my absence from the property for an extended period.

A critical issue has been the misrepresentation and dishonesty shown towards the housing tribunal. Major Kim Properties has made false claims and withheld key information, notably about the possession and handling of property keys. They wrongly asserted that a second set of keys did not exist, which directly contradicts our experiences and evidence.

Moreover, my mother has been a victim of harassment by Justin, one of the trustees. This harassment has included sending abusive messages, which were then conveniently deleted, making it challenging to use them as evidence. This conduct is not only unprofessional but also constitutes harassment and is deeply distressing.

Additionally, there have been unreasonable and disrespectful demands regarding our vehicle parked in its allocated spot, referred to as an "eyesore." This judgmental and unwarranted criticism is another example of their unprofessional approach.

This combination of harassment, invasion of privacy, and dishonesty in official matters like housing tribunal dealings shows a lack of integrity and professionalism by Major Kim Properties. It is essential to bring these issues to light to prevent other tenants and property owners from experiencing similar unacceptable treatment.
