Shocking Wastage of Resources

I find the owner of Major Kim Properties to be abrasive and *********** and rather than treating all Body Corporate members equally she in my opinion sides with the encumbant trustees and chairperson ensuring her contract be renewed further and appears to shows little respect for the concerns of others.

The company owner appears to have no problem with our Exterior Lighting switching on up to 3 hours early ( never less than 2h.30mins. ) despit my repeated reminders that the problem continues. And.... this occours every day, on the brightest of days and can't be blamed on overcast conditions. This waste of resourses and the related pollution caused by electricity generation can be seen from far and wide and is an embarrassment to us residents.

The owner of Major Kim Properties wrote the following regarding this electricity wastage problem: "The new equipment is set as per manufacturer specs and cannot be adjusted".

According to the response above she appears comfortable with the existing wasteful situation.

Currently the sun is setting at aprox. 20h00 and our light are turning on at aprox 17:25...on the brightest of days. We have 27 exterior lights..... Who wants to look at such wastage? This, what appears to me as a lack of care and interest is in keeping with her having been satisfied with appallingly poor work being carried out at our complex since taking over as Managing Agent.

Major Kim Properties in my opinion has set a very low bar when it comes to the level of professionalism shown by contractors working here. The owner appears to happily defend the contractors rather than the Body Corporate members who pay her fees.

I will campaign untiringly to have her replaced.
