Major Kim has bul**** and intimidated an elderley lady I know. If the situation had got to court Minor Kim would have lost outright as the elderly lady had a waterproof case - backed very strongly by ESTOPPEL and the Turquand Rule. However, due to poor health she could not endure the stress and she was bul**** into submission. 'Minor' Kim has no regard for the law and shows no constraints to get her own way. The elderly lady didn't need compassion - just justice and you'll get neither from Minor Kim.
