Cleaning of outside of house and gutters : 3 hrs.

Clearing of ****s on paving and foundation x 3 hrs

Painting of walls in rooms and garage = 6 hours

Cleaning of floors

Cleaning of carpets, 5 hours.

Polyfilla of walls

Cleaning of trapdoor.

Cleaning of shower and redoing the shower x 30 hours

Redone a few times, due to mould and damp over the last 5 years.

Replacing doors with brackets

Replacing door handles

Sealing open holes, due to windows not closing.

Tidying the garden.

When Donelle arrived, it took her 5 min to take random pictures and say, we will receive our deposit back, quicker. Being impressed with the shower and the home improvements, we had done at my own cost.

We couldn't clean on the day of moving, as the movers had already loaded the cleaning materials, so we are penalized for dust.

I cleaned and scrubbed the carpets myself, as well as the house itself.

It doesn't matter, that I was a good tenant, or paid ontime, even during Covid.
