Holding Deposit

We have been out of the Property since the 30th April they have tried .to charge us for every last thing in the house considerdering the house was disgusting when you moved in my daughter spoke to The owner of Major Kim she is so rude and should not speak to clients as she does not know how to speak to people.

One month Later and have not recieved my deposit back I have spoken to the ,rental lady Anne since from the end of April and keeps saying that we will get our deposit back till this date have not recieved a single cent, I was promised that the money will be in my account last Friday 26th May and still nothing, I have spoken to other agents and have been told that Major Kim Properties are known for trying not to give a cent back from the deposit.

I am so frustrated as they do not communicate or let you know whats happening.

Hopefully it will be resolved soon, I am so upset they are usless
