Don't Expect to get your deposit back

I emailed and requested a photo of these damaged tiles and I'm still waiting. R600 was deducted to replace a light switch that costs R30 at Builder Warehouse. There is a difference between damages and renovations; I am paying for the renovations the owner should be paying for.

I was over-charged by the Major Kim accountant 4 times during my lease( I'm talking thousands), and he admitted via email to having no formal training in his position.

Last month of my stay, I gave my spare key for easy viewing access and just asked to be informed the day before viewing so I will know when people would be at the flat. 3 or 4 viewings happened with no problem, then they requested a same-day viewing that I had to decline as it was too short notice, and I had left for work already, and they still did the viewing. I don't know why they had asked for permission to do a viewing of the flat I was renting if they were going to it with or without my content.
