Dishonest, sloppy, inconsiderate and rude!

Major Kim is by far the most unprofessional, dishonest, careless agent I have ever come across! Since they took over from De Kock properties our very small block of flats have been extremely poorly maintained! The gutters are blocked and deteriorating with little holes and cracks as well as ****s growing in the gutters. There are birds nesting in the ceiling which I informed her about in September 2019 of which nothing has been done. The hole in the ceiling has gotten bigger and worse over the months. This is a seriously unhygienic issue which they don't seem to care about. The gardens are poorly maintained and the building hasn't been painted in years. Our gate handles got ****** and the latch lock damaged. It took months for them to repair it after I had informed them of the safety issue. I kept a brick behind the gate and anyone could have walked in to the property. They have done nothing about the security. Major Kim started harrasing me and sending me quotes for damage repairs to the apartment below me which had nothing to do with me! Meanwhile payment had been made to them for the damage we were actually responsible for which was over R10 000 which she "conveniently" missed?!! I got a rude email saying my cat needs to be removed from the property by the end of January 2020 meanwhile in 2016 all the trustees agreed in a meeting that my cat can stay with legal attorneys involved. There is a no pet rule however that rule only changed after we had bought the flat. I heard from my neighbour's Major Kim had made accusations against me, telling my neighbour's I had made several complaints about them which I did no such thing! I am appalled and don't think she is fit to be a property agent. I do not recommend Major Kim Properties whatsoever.
