The plane never arrived & no refund yet
We were booked for a 4 seater flight at 15h00. We arrived early to check in and were told that we now had to wait till 16h00 for a 8 seater flight over the delta. We waited and waited but kept being told the plane would be landing in 10 minutes. The plane never arrived. At 17h30 we eventually left and returned to the Major Blue office where they promised to refund our money as they realized that most of our flight over the Delta would be in the dark and we would not see anything. We were so disappointed as we had traveled the whole day to get there and were leaving early the next morning. Till today they still have not refunded any of us. This is not acceptable.
