Major authorised mediation

Hello I have a problem with this company, they promised to assist me with my debt then I opened a file with them, I signed a contract that says after two instalment they will start paying my debts on the third instalment but they ****, up until now they haven't paid anything yet they deduct 2050 everymonth. Now I want my money back because of bridging of a contract, I contacted them they said they gonna fix the problem up until now they haven't done anything. I started paying them by 15 April 2019 so everymonth they are deducting but they are not paying my creditors.their contact ***/ ***, the manager *** and their email *** and the name of people in charge is Salome and Lebo.
