Appalling

I took our puppy for a shampoo and trim yesterday. He was booked in for 12 Noon and we were assured we could collect at 1:30pm. He was dropped off at 11h50 and I went back to collect at 13:30. I was informed that they were running 15 minutes late and I waited in the car. At 13:50 I went back in and was told he wouldn’t be ready soon. I was shown live camera footage of the wash area and it was chaos. Dogs everywhere and the booking book was full. Whilst I had a plane to catch, they assured me that my puppy (approximately 1.4kg) would be dropped off before 4pm. He was eventually dropped off after 5pm and besides being washed, he had not been trimmed. I was told he was too full of knots and I was further told to bring him back in 2 weeks which I will never do. This business is so poorly managed, their services are non-existent and their hygiene protocols are appalling . I can only imagine the trauma animals must go through whilst in their care
