UNREASONABLE SERVICE

<p>2 Weeks ago I ordered a used Yaw Rate Sensor, part no. A ********** 318, from Majestic Motors in Pretoria West. They would only ship by courier to Cape Town after full payment was made. The part arrived Monday 29 August and I immedeately phoned to report that it was the wrong part number. Mr. Sue however assured me the part would work. On Friday I installed and now the vehicle is in LIMP mode and unuseable.</p> <p>Majestic say they have the correct part but will not supply it until they have the wrong one back in stock. </p> <p>I consider this unreasonable. I am being inconvenienced and they must ship the correct part to me and the courier can collect the wrong one when delivery is made. Further delays are unreasonable.</p> <p>Mr. Richard Lisome, the branch manager will not bend his rules to sort it out. Majestic are in breach of the contract, and will not correct the breach.</p> <p>Be very careful doing business with people who do not care for customer service!</p>
