STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I DEPOSITED money into their account R2000 on 22/01/22 to buy an item from them, unfortunately I had not read the reviews. Once read them I decided to cancel the purchase ( I got all the evidence and I can post them anytime if you want to see them). Since then they kept giving me empty promises about the money to be refund into my account( they made fill their paper work before refund). Nothing up to date. The lady OFense went even rude on me the customer ( forgetting gold rule of business = customer is always right). I got all the evidence and voice note. I spoke the manage named OH***, he promised to escalate the matter in order to get my payment but after that he began to avoid my calls up to date. I m definitely powerless to them but I can only do one thing, to warm their potential next customer. DONT DARE EVEN BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I WISH IT WAS POSSIBLE TO SUE THEM AND GET DAMAGED PAID FOR EMOTIONALLY STRESS MD WITIN MY RIGHTS.
