Poor service

Worst experience ever, never buy parts using the phone. I was helped by the guy called Viper, I bought a rear axle stud for BMW 135i but I was sent the front axle stud. I had to pay for the courier on collection of the part and to send the part back. Now I am struggling to get my refund .
