Arrogant and Undermined by the CEO

Some companies are mafias. We once approached this airline in 2015, and got approved by the then CEO and marketing manager. For some tickets but they all left and some of the tickets were unused. David the new CEO refused to give us the opportunity to use the remaining ones and became unreasonable and very much corcky by saying that he never did even after I did send him correspondence between us and the then team
