Very unprofessional
I have had terrible service for two different sales persons in one week. One was extremely rude and 'windgat'. The other elderly gentleman sent a delivery out without giving me the amount or payment details. I had my card ready for payment on delivery ( which I assumed), only to hear I should have paid in advance.... This was the Silverton Branch in Pretoria.
