Service like it supposed to be.......

Went to Pretoria East branch this morning to purchase a small piece of plexiglass. The lady behind the sales counter (unfortunately I did not get her name) took me into the back to select an offcut piece which I did. I went back to the reception waiting area whilst she had the plexiglass cut to my desired size. When she got back to the sales desk she gave me the plexiglass FOR FREE!! All of this took less than 10 minutes. I have never had such superb service in the country....EVER!!!!
