Poor customer service at maizey plastics

I went in to maizey plastic this morning after driving for an hour looking for the place, when I finally found the place I was over whelmed with joy thinking I am going to get all the help and supplies that I am looking for, I just purchased a new heat press and vinyl cutter and looking forward to start my printing business. I walked in with my hubby and immediately was disgusted by the sales ladies at the counter, the lady said what do u want, we told her we looking for some vinyl and asked about pricing she threw a chart and said what colour, we then asked about heat resistant tape and was told she thinks we don't have what we looking for, another sales lady butted in to the conversation if u can call it that with attitude nd no smile and said what do u want to do with vinyl. It is horrible that sales people represent the company with that attitude, we walked out feeling distraught disrespected and amazingly we told a friend about our experience and they said they had the same experience. I want to swear but will refrain, such unhelpful people, change your sales people maizeys
