Highly Disappointed

After numerous times trying to support the branch they still handle me with utter disrespect. I am highly disappointed at the manner my company gets treated! After requesting a quote and gave all necessary details I got a reply back as if I didn't give any information and was rudely rep**** too. Bought vinyl not even 6 months back and its busy cracking and peeling away for the chromadek. Asked for a solution and got told I am using the wrong vinyl should use a more expensive vinyl. Previously I have used the same vinyl and its never cracked before so why now should I buy another vinyl?..
